Vergil Skills

Vergil possesses the strength, speed, movement, endurance, and healing factor inherent in all demons and/or half-demons.
can instantly heal from nearly any wound
He can invoke his Devil Trigger with either Yamato or Beowulf
Due to his greater knowledge and experience with his powers, he is able to use a more advanced teleport than Dante.
he manifests Summoned Swords to use as long-range weapons
Vergil, now known as Nelo Angelo, receives new enhancements to his powers
Vergil utilizes a real-life sword style with the Yamato known as Iaido-(is a Japanese martial art associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard.)
Vergil is shown to be the most competent with wielding Yamato, striking so fast that the opponent does not realize they have been slain until he sheathes his weapon
His swordsmanship is noted to exceed that of Dante's and could therefore be considered the most skilled swordsman in the entire series with the possible exception of his father, Sparda.

Nero skills

believed to be a descendant with Sparda's blood
He also extensively uses his demonic right arm, the Devil Bringer in battle which gives him an increase in strength as well as the ability to use mid to long-range attacks through his Buster.

Nero possesses the enhanced physical abilities of a demon in addition to formidable combat skills
Nero has shown the ability to channel his demonic power into objects shown in his Charged Shot and Air Hike abilities.
